Architecture grounded in delivery and operations.
I work where business constraints, delivery reality, and technical architecture meet. My role is to turn ambiguity into decisions that a team can implement and an organization can operate safely.
Across more than seven years of enterprise delivery, I have worked with BFSI, manufacturing, and oil and gas environments. My experience spans delivery leadership, architecture, infrastructure, consultancy, pre-sales, training, and research and development.
I also founded Leonore Kingdom, a personal lab for software, automation, AI, design, and creative experiments. The lab supports my professional practice; it does not replace the evidence-led focus of this portfolio.
How I work
- Start with the business outcome and the constraints that can invalidate it.
- Make alternatives and trade-offs visible before implementation locks them in.
- Size architecture to the team and operating model, not to fashion.
- Design monitoring, ownership, failure handling, and rollback with the happy path.
- Separate verified evidence from assumptions and future intent.
Teaching and research
Technical enablement is part of architecture: reusable standards, review criteria, training, and clear reasoning let teams make better decisions without central bottlenecks. Continuing research includes AI automation, human approval boundaries, and prior academic work in face recognition.
